Botswana & Zambia 2015

In the evening, we found this pair of mating lions. They will stay together for many days, doing nothing but mate with brief periods of rest in between. The male and his brother travel together. One of them is the father of the 3 small cubs. Joseph told us the other brother was somewhere nearby and that he would step in whenever this brother needed a serious rest. Sort of a tag team.
