Costa Rica 2016

Janice and I spent 8 wonderful days in February, 2016, wandering around Costa Rica. I asked the people at Cheesemans’ Ecology to recommend a local Costa Rican company to help arrange our trip. They suggested Cotinga Tours. Cotinga did an outstanding job putting together our itinerary, and an even better job selecting a guide for us. His name is Yehudi Hernandez and he's the perfect person to show off his country - young, smart, very interested in conservation, and an excellent photographer. Another big plus was the weather – it was just about as good as it could get. (There's a video at the end of this gallery that captures some of the movement and sounds we experienced.)
