Red-footed booby. These are the smallest and most numerous of the Galapagos boobies. However, they're the least frequently seen because they nest on the unvisited outermost fringes of the islands. The only exception is a colony on Genovesa Island (which we visited). Only 5% are white, as in this photo. The rest are brown morphs.
Red-footed boobies are deep divers, allowing them to feast on squid. They also specialize in catching flying fish. Their diet has been less impacted by El Nino's than the diets of their booby cousins.
