It's really hard to describe what it's like to have these massive gentle giants swim just inches above your head, occasionally brushing against you. We were so fortunate on this dive to have 8 mantas show up, including Big Bertha, the largest manta in Hawaiian waters (15 ft wingspan). That's her, belly up, with a smaller manta swimming near her to lend perspective.
